Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU – St. Mary’s Hospital

• Deliver acute and critical nursing care to newborns and NICU patients, including assessment, intervention, and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized newborn care plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing mechanical ventilation support.
• Provide emotional support to families and facilitate effective communication regarding newborn status and treatment.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and adhere to quality and safety standards.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Ohio (or applicable state).
• Minimum 1 year of NICU or neonatal critical care experience with mechanical ventilation.
• Current BLS certification (preferred ACLS). NRP Neonatal Resuscitation Program (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work flexible rotating shifts.
