Overview

Registered Nurse RN Cardiac Renal Pulmonary PRN at Henrico, Parham & Retreat Doctors' Hospitals. Cardiac Renal Pulmonary Care Unit (CRPU) with an 18-bed tele unit. PRN position.

• Instruct and educate patients and their families.
• Administer prescribed medications using the five rights, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions using computerized documentation systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning with the healthcare team.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or holds a Compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
