Licensed Practical Nurse

Our client is seeking a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in the Richmond area.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care and other medical interventions as needed.
• Perform G Tube feedings and ensure proper nutrition and hydration for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and medical treatments.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and caregivers on health management and medication protocols.

• Current LPN license in good standing in Virginia or have a "Multi-state Privilege" license eligible to work in multiple states.
• Proven experience in medication administration and G Tube feeding.
• Knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the group home location.

• Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm
• Saturday-Sunday from 7:00am-9:00pm
