Seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 2 years' experience in pain management to provide comprehensive care to patients with chronic pain.
- Must have active VA licensure, DEA, and be in good standing.
- Responsible for patient interviews, physical exams, reviewing radiology reports, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans.
- Experience with pain procedures, including injections, is preferred.
- Provide patient education, documentation, and ensure compliance with licensing and practice guidelines.
- Travel required between Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA; relocation to Chesapeake necessary before start.
