Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing comprehensive primary and urgent care services.

• Manage common acute and chronic illnesses, perform minor surgical procedures, and handle minor trauma and episodic problems.
• Conduct health assessments, including health history and physical exams.
• Complete Electronic Medical Records efficiently and accurately.
• Perform occupational health exams, pre- and post-employment, as well as annual physicals.
• Treat minor illnesses, assess patients, initiate treatments, and refer to specialists when needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays, EKGs, and labs.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans appropriate to patient conditions.
• Coordinate care with team members, respond calmly to stressful situations, and perform additional duties as assigned.
