The RN Clinical Supervisor works in conjunction and collaborates with the Practice Manager to provide clinical and administrative managerial oversight and direction for clinical day-to-day operations of the Pediatric Specialty Clinics. The RN Clinical Supervisor models and develops patient‑focused culture with an emphasis on patient safety and satisfaction. They also maintain a positive and collaborative relationship within the clinical environment by coaching, developing, and empowering staff.

The RN Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical expert within the scope of the practice and program guidelines.

• Manages day‑to‑day supervision of the clinical delivery of services
• Plan, implement and administer programs and services, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing, and practice staff
• Appropriately trains new staff on clinical and administrative duties and trains current staff on procedures or equipment as needed
• Provides input regarding associate performance evaluations, delivers performance feedback and coaching to clinical staff to assist with workflow improvement/efficiency
• Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and團 resolve problems promptly
• Provides oversight for scheduling and timekeeping
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate of Nursing, nursing (required) OR
• Diploma in Nursing (required)
• Bachelors of Science, nursing (preferred)

• Must possess both of the following:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (preferred)

• Two years of nursing experience within a healthcare setting, preferably within a physician practice (required)
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience (required)

• Demonstrates leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, and decision making
• Possesses extensive knowledge of clinical practice or function and a thorough understanding of the organization and work environment
• Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and future innovations
• Nursing judgment and skill based on principles of the biological, physical, behavioral, and social sciences
• Application of the nursing process in patient care delivery
• Coordination of patient care delivery
• Evaluation of professional nursing practice to optimize goals and outcomes
• Health teaching Colored healthy promotion

• Understanding and utilization of office and clinical technologies
