Travel Neuro Med Surg Nurse assignments in Richmond, VA place you at a 466-bed acute care hospital and Level I trauma center; 34 bed General medical surgical floor, includes stroke and neuro designated unit. The hospital offers advanced neurological and medical-surgical care, serving a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. You will use Meditech electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and care coordination.
