Another Blessed Ministry is dedicated to creating a sanctuary where homeless individuals find new beginnings, at-risk youth discover their limitless potential, and neglected animals receive the compassion they deserve. From feeding and clothing families in need to partnering with the Humane Society to fight animal cruelty, our mission is to change lives from the ground up.

Why Join Our Founding Team? We are currently in a pivotal growth phase—focusing on facility acquisition and expanding our community outreach. We are looking for "fire-starters" and heart-led professionals who want to help build the foundation of this ministry. This is your chance to use your professional skills to create a legacy of service.

We are seeking dedicated volunteers for the following roles:

• Grant Writing & Fundraising: Be the architect of our growth by identifying funding opportunities and helping us secure our permanent facility.
• Financials (Treasurer): Bring transparency and wisdom to our mission by overseeing the ministry’s budget and financial health.
• Corporate Communication & Marketing: Help us tell our story. You will manage our social media and build partnerships with Richmond businesses and organizations.
• Life Coaching & Youth Mentorship: Directly impact the next generation by helping facilitate our programs for at-risk youth.

What We Are Looking For:

• A genuine passion for community service, animal welfare, and faith-based outreach.
• A collaborative spirit—we are building a "Blessed" team.
• A commitment of a few hours a month to attend board meetings and support your specific area of expertise.
