Job Purpose Oversee all White Hawk digital marketing and communications strategies, initiatives and activities. Ensure all of the above map to company product lines, sales objectives, brand and thought leadership. Work with the executive team and middle managers to develop marketing, communication and PR strategies. Know the needs of prospective clients and effectively communicate on client needs and White Hawk products, services and thought leadership to meet those needs, via a breadth of digital platforms and communications methods and media.
Responsibilities- Build, evolve and manage brand strategy and oversee brand consistency
- Conduct basic market research on customer target markets, use cases and personas that map to sales objectives
- Maintain White Hawk Lexicon, Brand Brief and Marketing Materials for impact and consistency
- Map marketing and public relations strategies to Executive Team Product Lines and Sales Objectives
- Working with Exec Team and Middle Managers, refine and keep up-to-date all internal and external communication materials and messaging
- Support company leadership in execution of all White Hawk public relations efforts; serving as representative for media inquiries
- Manage PR and Communications calendar
- Working with the Dev Team manage all website messaging including graphics
- Manage website marketing and White Hawk Insights articles across contributors
- Monitor and report website traffic and social media metrics
- Monitor changes or advancements in the White Hawk marketing and branding platforms to discover ways the company can gain a competitive advantage
- Facilitate and contribute directly to White Hawk’s social media strategy and online reputation and representation
- Select and implement suitable technology for social media synchronization across platforms to streamline and optimize editorial and production cycles
- Keep up to date on cyber related news
- Assist in desktop publishing – formatting and development of templates, reports, etc.
- Support CRM system and workflow operations
- Other duties as assigned
- Full-time, Exempt position
- Mid-level position: 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Work will primarily be conducted remotely and from White Hawk’s Alexandria, VA office
- When working remotely, you must be available during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)
