Operations Manager
Colonial Webb is seeking a driven, hands‑on Manufacturing Project Manager to lead our end‑to‑end manufacturing supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient flow of materials—from raw material delivery through production support and outbound shipments of finished goods. This teammate will also play a central leadership role in standing up a new inventory management system, developing our logistics/SCM team, and driving major capital and expansion projects with excellence.

- Manage all supply chain functions supporting manufacturing operations, including raw material planning, inbound logistics, inventory control, warehousing, and finished goods distribution.
- Lead the implementation or modernization of a new inventory management system, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and best‑in‑class workflows.
- Establish and continuously improve material flow processes to support production efficiency, safety, and cost performance.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships that support quality, delivery reliability, and operational alignment.
- Train, mentor, and develop logistics and supply chain leads to run day‑to‑day systems with discipline and ownership.
- Developing partnerships for managing outsourced workflows and owning the process end to end
- 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Able to coach teams through change while reinforcing Colonial Webb’s cultural priorities.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, material flow, and process design.
- Ability to design, implement, and sustain inventory, ERP, and workflow systems that scale with growth.
- Skilled in structuring projects, managing timelines, coordinating cross‑functional teams
