** Monitor and optimize key performance indicators for mold reliability and performance.

** Apply injection molding and tooling expertise to improve department efficiency.

** Join the Mold Maintenance Department at LEGO, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless production of our iconic bricks. Your leadership in maintaining and optimizing mold assets supports the broader organization’s dedication to quality, reliability, and innovation in manufacturing, contributing directly to LEGO’s global success.
You will own mold performance standards, drive continuous improvement in tooling reliability and ensure molds are maintained to meet safety, quality, and operational requirements. The role develops and supports a skilled technical team, aligns maintenance activities with production schedules, and partners closely with engineering and operations to support mold launches and long-term asset protection.#
* Experience in mold maintenance, tooling, or injection molding operations.
* Strong understanding of injection mold construction, maintenance planning, and tooling reliability.
* Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
* Dedication to safety, quality, and efficient operations.#
** Nice to Have:
*** Advanced education or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, but practical knowledge in mold upkeep and tooling is highly valued.
* Experience in high-volume injection molding environments.
* Familiarity with global or multi-site manufacturing organizations.
* Certification or training in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.#
** Additional:
*** Relocation will be provided
* Ability to work onsite with international travel as required

* * The salary for this position has a range of $ - $ based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
