Standard 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM shift. - Guaranteed Overtime: Average of 45 hours per week (5 hours of overtime per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Expertly operate a Roll-Clamp forklift to move, stack, and stage large paper/cylindrical rolls with zero damage.
- Utilize a Sit-Down forklift for standard palletized freight and loading/unloading.
- Manage inventory flow independently, ensuring the right materials reach the line at the right time.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and equipment care in a focused workspace.
Required Experience & Skills
- The "Must-Haves": You must have verifiable experience on BOTH Roll-Clamp and Sit-Down forklifts.
- Experience: Ideally 5+ years of heavy equipment operation.
- Independence: Proven ability to work without a micromanager; you know the job, and you get it done.
- Reliability: Since this is a small team, showing up on time every day is critical to the operation.
