Seeking an experienced Production Technician to provide hands‑on mechanical and process support across Make, Pack, and Primary operations. The role focuses on equipment troubleshooting, production support, process optimization, and documentation in Pilot/Semiworks environments.
Qualifications- 10+ years in Make/Pack/Primary or similar manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with QMS, safety standards, and production documentation preferred.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment (makers, packers, conveyors, processing systems).
- Support changeovers, product trials, and prototype builds.
- Assist with process improvements and performance data analysis.
- Maintain and update SOPs, training materials, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and product teams.
Onsite, supporting live production and development activities.
Skills- Advanced Mechanical Troubleshooting
- Hands‑On Production Equipment Experience
- Experience Supporting Development or Trial Runs
