This Position reports to:
Front End Operations and Order Management Leader.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time‑phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

The work model for the role is:
Onsite - Onsite.

• Ensure the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and track and maintain the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
• Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time‑phased build or purchased schedule.
• Assemble master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
• Provide input into S&OP and short‑term planning processes.
• Schedule supply based on the product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.
• Calculate production and/or finished goods shipping lead times.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration in Supply Chain Management, or related technical/STEM field of study.
• 5+ Years’ Experience in a Planning, Procurement or Manufacturing Environment.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• SAP experience is required.
• Experience with scheduling reports, risk assessments, demand forecasts, inventory levels, lead times, and scenario analyses to leadership for decision‑making.
• ISM/CPSM certification preferred.
