• Innovate Together – Fine-tune counting machines, baggers, and scales to ensure the line’s quality and efficiency. We value your ability to adapt and tackle exciting challenges as they arise.

We’re looking for individuals who have completed support to change over training and SDPPL training. Your understanding of counting machines, material handling, manual tables, and process escalation will be key. Completed training verified by the LVA training department is essential.

Job Requirements

• We prefer candidates with a High School Diploma/GED.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience operating a machine in a fast-paced production environment.
• Are you ready to stand, walk, lift, and move with us? You must be 18 years of age and willing to work 12-hour shifts (600am-600pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule, enjoying 15 days a month of building fun each month in our climate-controlled setting.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $21.42 per hour with weekly pay.
