Packaging Die‑Cut Press Technician – Oliver Inc.

We are seeking an experienced die‑cut press technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience operating a die‑cutting press, preferably within printing or packaging. The role will be part of our 2nd shift team, ensuring high quality and efficient production.

$20.00/hr – $27.00/hr

• 1 to 3 years operating a die‑cutting press in printing/packaging.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to address complex jobs before downtime.
• Ability to balance speed with flawless quality in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Mechanical aptitude, strong math and measurement skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and close vision.
• People‑oriented approach and teamwork.

• Set up, fine‑tune, and run the die‑cutting machine, including stripping and blanking.
• Break down the previous job; log impressions and dispose or retain dies as marked.
• Pull samples and perform glue‑set checks to validate accuracy against specifications.
• Monitor quality continuously and correct issues on the fly to protect throughput and standards.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
• Operate safely and efficiently while contributing to a collaborative, high‑velocity team.
