• Manage daily operations for iron scrap.
• Lead teams and control material flow (sorting, processing, loading).
• Ensure quality and inventory accuracy; optimize safety and efficiency for profitability.
• Schedule personnel and equipment; maintain yard layout; oversee processing.
• Handle safety compliance, analyze material, and report production metrics.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of ferrous grading.
• 3+ years in metal recycling or industrial supervision.
