You will lead the production operations in the Plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability and organizational morale. How you will contributeYou will:
- Manage Seigneur transformation change within the operating teams during the Integrated Lean 6‑sigma Identity‑Ful–S dost
- Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and engagement goals in line with the site’s business need.
- Lead and be accountable for establishing strong governance to review, control operational performance and embed a zero‑loss mindset for continuous improvement. submenu support:
- Support all manufacturing standards, governance, compliance requirements (Corporate Quality, Food Safety & GMP, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Sustainability, Code of Conduct, local legal requirements, internal audit norms, etc.).
- Lead and be accountable for talent, capabilities and engagement; partner effectively with multi‑functional peers inside and outside the plant.

- Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with TPM, 5‑S, Lean, Six‑Sigma tools and concepts.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching and leadership skills in a team‑based environment and strong analytical, problem‑solving and team‑building abilities. sécurité:
- Engineer with strong financial & business acumen, project‑management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.

Education / CertificationsHigh School Diploma (Required).
Job Specific Requirements- Warehouse and distribution experience (3 years minimum).
- 3 years supervisor experience required.
- SAP experience (Preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Preferred).
- FMCG industry experience (Preferred).
- Mon to Fri (Weekend flexibility required).
- 3rd shift (11 PM to 7 AM).
The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In待遇, the position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over‑achievement based on performance and company results.
