You will lead the production operations in the Plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented and fully effective and will strive to build a high‑performing organization.

You will:

• Manage Seigneur transformation change within the operating teams during the  Integrated Lean 6‑sigma Identity‑Ful–S dost
• Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and engagement goals in line with the site’s business need.
• Lead and be accountable for establishing strong governance to review, control operational performance and embed a zero‑loss mindset for continuous improvement.

• Support all manufacturing standards, governance, compliance requirements (Corporate Quality, Food Safety & GMP, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Sustainability, Code of Conduct, local legal requirements, internal audit norms, etc.).
• Lead and be accountable for talent, capabilities and engagement; partner effectively with multi‑functional peers inside and outside the plant.

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with TPM, 5‑S, Lean, Six‑Sigma tools and concepts.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching and leadership skills in a team‑based environment and strong analytical, problem‑solving and team‑building abilities.

High School Diploma (Required).

• Warehouse and distribution experience (3 years minimum).
• 3 years supervisor experience required.
• SAP experience (Preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Preferred).
• FMCG industry experience (Preferred).

• Mon to Fri (Weekend flexibility required).
• 3rd shift (11 PM to 7 AM).

The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In待遇, the position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over‑achievement based on performance and company results.
