.

Choose the shift that works best for your lifestyle:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $19.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $22.00/hr

In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high‑quality products that meet customer and company standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling products using engineering documents and specifications
• Ensuring quality, accuracy, and on‑time production
• Operating computers to track schedules and job status
• Performing Go/No‑Go testing per procedures
• Monitoring part quality throughout the assembly process
• Assisting with training and supporting team members
• Handling materials as needed
• Reviewing and improving assembly methods for productivity and quality
• Communicating effectively with engineering teams
• Completing required paperwork, records, and documentation
• Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
• Following all safety rules and maintaining a clean work area

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve basic production issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
