Development Manager Position Summary
Elijah House Academy (EHA) is a diverse and Christ-centered school community serving over 185 students from transitional kindergarten through eighth grade. The school is actively growing enrollment and evolving its educational philosophy toward a blend of classical and Charlotte Mason approaches. EHA recently completed a major capital improvement phase, opening a 12,000‑square‑foot multipurpose building.
The Development Manager is a team‑leader position that focuses primarily on administering the annual fund program, coordinating volunteer services, managing donor communications, and leading fundraising events.
This role is full‑time, 12‑month, and typically scheduled 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Position Reporting ResponsibilityThe Development Manager reports directly to the Director of Development and supervises the Advancement Database Coordinator.
Position Requirements /Qualifications- Agree with the EHA statement of religious beliefs.
- Embode the mission, vision, and values of EHA.

- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications.
- Have experience in a development office (preferred).
