Schedule: Weekdays 9-6;
Saturdays 9-5;
Sundays closed. Saturdays are rotated among team members.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospects interested in our communities: respond to internet leads and phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and conduct tours.
  • Process leasing applications, assemble lease paperwork, request security deposits, and obtain lease signatures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents: assist with renewals, notices to vacate, early termination, adding pets, transfers, and account questions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, conduct apartment walkthroughs, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders.
  • Create a positive move-in experience for residents.
  • Handle move-outs and security deposit dispositions.
  • Post rent payments and follow up on balances due.
  • Plan and host resident activities.
  • Lead the team, assist with training, and help achieve goals.
  • Assist the Property Manager as needed.
