Senior Electrical Project Manager at EIG Electrical Systems
Join the growing team of Evergreen Innovation Group, a division of DPR Family of Companies, as a Senior Electrical Project Manager. You will lead electrical commercial projects across our core markets—Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Commercial—ensuring on‑time delivery, exceptional quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities- Manage all project team members (Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinator).
- Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth.
- Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.
- Maintain 100% detailed and hands‑on knowledge of project scope.
- Control costs, billings, and collections for the assigned project.
- Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
- Challenge & support jobsite and self‑perform work team.
- Assume accountability for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent listening and strong communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to create and support team morale.
- Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
- Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project‑management software (Prolog or similar), accounting‑cost‑management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
- A strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude.
- Experience running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within DPR’s core markets.
- 10+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).
