Join the growing team of Evergreen Innovation Group, a division of DPR Family of Companies, as a Senior Electrical Project Manager. You will lead electrical commercial projects across our core markets—Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Commercial—ensuring on‑time delivery, exceptional quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Manage all project team members (Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinator).
• Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth.

• Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.
• Maintain 100% detailed and hands‑on knowledge of project scope.
• Control costs, billings, and collections for the assigned project.
• Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
• Challenge & support jobsite and self‑perform work team.
• Assume accountability for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.

• Excellent listening and strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to create and support team morale.
• Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
• Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project‑management software (Prolog or similar), accounting‑cost‑management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
• A strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude.

• Experience running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within DPR’s core markets.
• 10+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).
