* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*** Documenting standard operating procedures for major total rewards processes such as benefits enrollment, 401(k), ESPP, etc.
* Lead total rewards team projects from end to end such as intranet cleanup, policy cleanup, process improvement activities, etc.
* Assist with year-end processes including auditing information.
* Support compensation in calculating, submitting, and documenting incentive pay for employees.
* Organize and set up job description library.
* Organize internal team shared files and determine significance of content.
* Support the management of total rewards mailbox.
* Assist in day to day activities to improve efficiency of team.
* Support and own standard total rewards communications sent to employees.
* Supports ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits.
* Experience leading small projects required.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
* Experience with Workday.
* Experience documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), preferred.
** COMPETENCIES/CONDUCT:
*** Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines.
* Ability to balance multiple ambiguous projects concurrently.
* Understands the importance of and demonstrates confidentiality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal  addition to the minimum qualifications, the employee will demonstrate:
