Position Highlights- Lead and manage a portfolio of 5-15 accounts, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee a team of 50-100 employees, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve operational excellence and company goals.

- Maintain clean, secure, and safe environments for both customers and employees.
- Develop and execute effective cleaning plans, addressing absenteeism and other challenges.
- Train, motivate, and develop supervisory and production staff.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, cleaning plans, time & attendance records, and labor budgets.
- Monitor and control inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Ensure financial performance by achieving P&L goals for each account.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and customer standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention.
- Support fellow Operations Managers during building start-ups, recruiting, and resource sharing.
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
- Proven success managing a full-time and part-time hourly workforce.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operations across multiple locations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
