As the Vice President of Experience, you will shape the heartbeat of our association, leading strategic operations, inspiring innovative programming, and guiding branch leadership to deliver meaningful, unforgettable experiences.
Your work will directly influence how members feel when they walk through our doors: welcomed, supported, inspired, and part of something bigger.
This is a role for a strategic thinker, a leader of leaders, and someone energized by community impact.
You're a leader who thrives at the intersection of mission and strategy. You understand how operations fuel impact—and how people fuel everything.
We're looking for someone with:
- A bachelor's degree (required).
- 7+ years of leadership experience in facility operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build authentic relationships.
- Proven expertise in budget development, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- A heart for service—and a commitment to the mission and values of the YMCA.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build bridges across the community.
