Position: Sr. Director, Enterprise Payments Governance Advisory (Hybrid)
* Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive program and risk management efforts within and outside of your vertical business area
* Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment

**** West Creek 5 (Richmond, VA) or Center 2 (McLean, VA) - this role is Hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.
* Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
* At least 7 years of experience in risk management, payments, project management, process management or a combination
* At least 7 years of People Management experience
* At least 5 years of Financial Industry experience
* At least 2 years experience working with and influencing senior level executives
* Master’s Degree
* At least 10 years of People Management experience
* At least 8 years of risk management experience
* At least 8 years payments experience
* At least 8 years experience delivering strategic initiatives or directing process transformations
* At least 7 years of Financial Industry experience
