H2O is currently seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to lead operations at our 24/7 activated sludge wastewater treatment facility in the Richmond, VA area. This critical role oversees a dedicated team of 5 employees and ensures excellence in both plant operations and laboratory analysis.

• Manage full-scope plant operations and on-site lab functions.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development.
• Develop and manage annual operating budget.
• Champion safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous process improvement and optimization.

• Virginia Class 1 Wastewater Operator License.
• Proven experience managing activated sludge systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Budget development and financial oversight experience.
