CITYROW is seeking a motivated, confident, and people-focused leader to manage our sales teams at our Richmond, Virginia studios. The Studio Sales Team Lead will create a client-focused, positive environment, maximize studio revenue and occupancy, and has potential for career growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in planning and executing staffing for the front of studio, including recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation.
  • Optimize and publish the Studio Team schedule.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and completing paperwork.
  • Monitor class performance and communicate schedule changes to the team.
Marketing
  • Coordinate community outreach efforts.
  • Promote CITYROW to new businesses.
  • Help establish sales objectives for team members.
  • Organize studio promotions and events as needed.
  • Manage studio chalkboard and seasonal decorations.
Team Development
  • Develop a high-performing team through training and motivation.
  • Lead by example in communication, management, and service.
  • Conduct monthly team meetings.
  • Foster a strong team environment.
Customer Service
  • Serve as a resource for client questions.
  • Address client issues and requests.
  • Engage with guests, promote memberships, packages, and products.
Operations
  • Oversee daily studio operations.
  • Manage inventory and merchandise sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and equipment.
  • Submit weekly performance reports.
  • Manage bookings and respond to emails.
  • Handle member complaints.
  • Ensure policy compliance with management.
Qualifications
  • Experience in business management within fitness, hospitality, or wellness.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership qualities and self-motivation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Part-time availability with weekend coverage.
