Winchester Equipment Co. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operation within the Greater Richmond and Virginia Beach area. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing team and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Analyze sales data to forecast trends and identify new markets
- Assign territories and set quotas
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
- Resolve customer and operational issues promptly
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Travel extensively within the region
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel and lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
