The Enterprise Payments Program Management Office is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Project Manager to join our team. The Enterprise Payments organization sits within the Retail bank and is at the heart of our company’s financial infrastructure, supporting the most critical domains of payment processing. We are driven by our commitment to ensure flawless execution, regulatory compliance, and deliver innovative products that shape the future of payments.
In addition to our core payments processing, we provide oversight for end‑to‑end payment strategy, operations, and risk management for all payment types across the enterprise.
As a Project Manager in the Enterprise Payments Program Management Office, you will lead critical and strategic business projects, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that directly impact the company. In this role you will manage 1‑2 high‑impact projects with enterprise‑wide scope or local Enterprise Payments impact, guiding teams through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation. You will be a disciplined, high‑energy Principal Associate who excels in a team environment, communicates effectively, manages priorities, adapts quickly, and influences without direct authority.
GeneralResponsibilities
- Lead complex, cross‑team projects that have a direct impact on the company
- Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
- Identify ways to improve, streamline business processes and projects
- Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans to ensure delivery, including feasibility, design, planning, and implementation stages
- Ensure projects, processes, and programs are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and proactively partner with Audit and the second line
- Manage and oversee projects in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements and include change control
- Leverage problem‑solving and influencing skills to ensure projects deliver on intent
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
- Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, without direct authority, to effectively drive project efforts
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, putting structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
- Demonstrate strong communication and partnership skills essential for interacting with stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
- Extremely organized with strong task coordination and time‑management skills to drive and deliver results

This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office and the remainder of the week working virtually.
Basic Qualifications- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- At least 2 years of Process or Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
- At least 5 years of Process or Project Management experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Jira or Confluence
- At least 1 year of experience working with Agile methodologies
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry
- At least 2 years of experience supporting and partnering with internal stakeholders
