As a Senior Associate, Project Manager in Capital One’s Commercial Transformation Organization, you’ll work on the highest priority initiatives driving innovation, optimizing operational efficiencies, and fueling the bank's future. • Drive medium to large scale complex cross‑functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed; manage up and downstream project impacts.
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
• Organize documentation and delivery of critical program best practices, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
• Leverage problem‑solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation.
• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Juggle multiple priorities caring for visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress.
• Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and influencing skills.
• Work experience achieving results with complex projects.

• Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
• Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands.
• Display strong consulting and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.

• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.

Location‑specific salary ranges:

• Charlotte, NC: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager.
• McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project Manager.
• Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager.
• Other locations: individual salary offerings will be reflected in the offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or nondiscretionary depending on the plan.
