Responsibilities- Responsible for process management and execution of complex mid to large‑scale projects or programs.
- Reviews all facets of project development, including overall project and program schedules, budgets, constraints, staffing requirements, and risks. Monitors and controls costs so that projects are completed within the approved budget guidelines.
- Provides technical leadership and guidance to project managers, product managers/owners, engineers, and scrum masters throughout the project life cycle in support of business plans and client initiatives.
- Effectively communicates with stakeholders and other resources to maintain progress status. Key participant in providing input and status updates to leadership and executives during project design برید build, and testing phases.
Applies progressive knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to ensure the long‑term viability, supportability, and achievement of project deliverables. - Manages releases and the overall release lifecycle.
- Provides after‑hours or weekend support, as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent knowledge of supporting mission‑critical applications andCTestars or infrastructures in a 24x7 environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with command of the English language.
- Excellent written communication skills and an ability to track and present situational status.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Extremely computer literate, especially with MS Office Suite products, MS Project, and Gantt charts.
- Experience with engineering tools, processes, and bestavadoc practices.
- Experience with Agile development life cycle and Scaled Agile framework.
- Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of technical experience.
- 5‑7 years of infrastructure knowledge or managing large‑scale data centers.
- 5‑7 years of working experience in program/product management.
- 5‑7 years of working experience with release management.
- Experience working with technology teams, including design/build and delivery engineers, operations, and architects.
