The Assistant Manager will aid the General Manager in overseeing club operations to ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience. The role includes leading a team of employees, providing training and development, scheduling, hiring, inventory management, and driving retail sales.

• Organize shift schedule for team members.
• Assist in coordination and hiring of team members.
• Train new or current team members on club tasks.
• Manage conflict and delegate responsibilities while enforcing policies.
• Supervise team performance and provide feedback.
• Manage inventory systems for club operations.
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
• Coach and counsel team members through the disciplinary process up to termination.

• 1-2 years of Management or Supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided).
• Strong customer service, problem resolution, and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Subject to background check per federal, state, and local laws.

$18.00 Per Hour
