You’ll take a hands‑on leadership role delivering exceptional service standards across gaming, bars, dining, functions, and facilities — shaping the club as the local community’s favourite gathering place.

• Work some evenings and weekends to provide hands‑on leadership, mentoring, and staff support during peak periods.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities to strengthen performance, guest satisfaction, and community connection.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, financial management, and operational efficiency.
