Janitor II Floater (responsible for multiple locations. Full Time w/ Benefits. Valid DL required) (Maintenance) Position SummaryProvides janitorial/housekeeping services at multiple locations on a daily and weekly basis as specified by individual contract requirements.
Essential DutiesThe associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Education, Experience, Certificates, Security ClearanceHigh School Diploma / GED not required. 1 year of experience in a related field required. No professional certifications are required for this position. Valid state driver's license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record are required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable adjudication on a government background investigation prior to start date. May be required to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance and sex offender check.
No computer skills are required.

Physical Demands / Work Environment / Work ConditionsThe associate is required to lift up to 20 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Job requires walking or standing to a significant degree, with a degree of pushing and pulling. The associate works in a general office environment and is infrequently exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.). The associate may be required to provide assistance with snow removal.
The associate must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as business needs dictate. Occasional travel within the Goodwill service territory may be required.
