Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

We’re looking for experienced Spray Painters and Blasters who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive, high-performing team.
What you will do:
- Spray Painting: Deliver precision paintwork on trucks and heavy vehicles, achieving flawless finishes that meet industry standards.
- Sand Blasting: Prepare truck bodies, cabs, and components by removing rust, paint, and contaminants for clean, paint‑ready surfaces.
- Paint Preparation: Sand, mask, and prime surfaces to achieve a professional finish.
- Polishing: Use machine polishers and hand tools to remove minor imperfections and create a high‑gloss finish.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to maintain production schedules and exceed customer expectations.
- Safety & Quality: Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.
- Equipment Care: Maintain and monitor painting and blasting tools to ensure top performance.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in truck or heavy vehicle spray painting and/or blasting
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Familiarity with industry tools, equipment, and techniques
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- Current driver’s licence
