Richmond - Evening Cleaner - Part-Time

Overview

General Cleaner role with independent and solitary working conditions, stable hours and pay. We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and caring employees to provide janitorial services and janitorial supervision for our clients' offices in the Richmond area.

• Pay: $13/hour
• Hours:
  
  Monday–Friday, 5:30pm–8:30pm (15 hours per week)

• Consistently provide a clean, secure, and safe environment for occupants of the facility.
• Perform cleaning tasks including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Effectively and cost-efficiently execute the cleaning plan for the building.
• Work productively with Service Master team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to requests and concerns.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age: 16 years old
• Education and work history demonstrating work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing team member.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done.
• Physically able to be on your feet for the entire shift and perform tasks including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
