Weekdays | Start Time: 6:00 AM

• Arrive promptly by 6:00 AM to prepare and clean parking decks before peak use
• Sweep or blow debris from decks, stairwells, entryways, and walkways
• Empty trash cans and remove litter from all levels of the facility
• Clean spills, graffiti, or other hazards that could impact safety or appearance
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or wiping down equipment
• Report damage, safety hazards, or equipment issues to management
• Interact courteously with customers, tenants, or vendors as needed
• Support other site staff with tasks to ensure facility runs smoothly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working independently in a structured routine
• Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities support is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in outdoor and indoor environments in varying weather
