Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities. Our continued success is attributed to our hands‑on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.

• Pay:
  Hourly rates competitive (starting at $16/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

• Bonus: $1000 stay‑on bonus after 90 days (eligible in good standing)

• You will get dirty
  :
  Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, cleaning vacant and model units, and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes.
• Repetition is part of the job
  :
  Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
• This is a busy and physically demanding role
  :
  This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
