Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

• Assign janitorial duties to staff/subcontractor and regularly inspect their work to ensure that established standards are met.熟悉>
• Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed. Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment.熟悉>
• Assisting with the screening and hiring of new job applicants.熟悉>
• Providing training and guidance to janitorial staff.熟悉>
• Resolving conflicts between janitorial staff in an efficient manner.熟悉>
• Attending meetings and in‑service training sessions as required.熟悉>
• Performing all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages.熟悉>
• Monitor staff attendance, and report absences to Client Care Specialist.熟悉>
• Complete and submit all required paperwork, including but not limited to quality reports, inspections, signoffs, summary sheets, and schedules.熟悉>
• Make recommendations to upper management regarding promotions, transfers, and dismissals.熟悉>
• Maintain quality standards.熟悉>
• Investigate and resolve clients’ complaints of missed or improperly cleaned areas.熟悉>
• Perform monthly QC inspection via the QC portal.熟悉>
• A flexible schedule is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.熟悉>
• Visit the assigned locations on a weekly basis.熟悉>
• Provide inspections when visiting locations to the Account Manager.熟悉>

• Full knowledge of janitorial field.熟悉>
• Driver's License.熟悉>
• Travel 80% of the time.熟悉>
• Special cleaning project knowledge preferred (strip and wax, carpet extraction).熟悉>

• The company may provide you with a tablet, and cell phone for work use.熟悉>
• You must sign the COMPANY PROPERTY AGREEMENT at the time if the equipment is provided.熟悉>

• Two‑weeks’ Vacation paid starting after one year of employment 40 hours of accrued sick time per year, paid holidays observed by EFSG, vacation request form must be submitted no later than the last day of February each year.熟悉>
