Location: Downtown Richmond

Pay: $14 per hour

Hours: M‑F 4:30 pm – 10:00 pm (27.5 hrs/week)

Janitorial Services

• Maintain a clean, secure, and safe environment for occupants.
• Perform cleaning tasks: trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Direct staff to accomplish daily, weekly, and project‑specified cleaning tasks.
• Train, supervise, develop, and motivate janitorial staff.
• Take corrective action as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns.
• Complete cleaning tasks to ensure a clean building at the end of the day.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Excellent communication with clients, occupants, and staff; supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrated work ethic and responsibility, evidenced by education and work history.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic; willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done.
• Physically able to stand for the entire shift and perform tasks requiring walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
