Leads supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Drives planning initiatives to improve customer on‑time delivery and lead time, ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan. Onsite Richmond, VA.

• Owns the site supply planning process and provides visibility of supply capacity and objectives within the S&OP process, including feedback on the site’s ability to support the demand plan.
• Manages the inventory and Net Working Capital (NWC) checkbook, ensuring optimal inventory levels, conducting periodic reviews, and maintaining inventory management processes for finished goods in line with company guidelines.
• Leads the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) short‑term planning process, ensuring alignment between planning and execution and coordinating responses to unplanned events.
• Supports the profitable execution of customer orders by collaborating with business functions and supply units, and leading discussions on inbound issues, planning parameters, and reverse logistics.
• Drives continuous improvement and cross‑functional initiatives to enhance on‑time delivery, lead time, inventory optimization, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy while applying Lean Six Sigma and supporting best practices in planning systems and integrated ERPs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (Industrial preferred) with 5+ years of experience in materials planning, sourcing, or logistics, including people management.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (especially SAP), with APICS/ISM or equivalent supply chain certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in budget and performance management, strategy implementation, inventory management, logistics, order fulfillment, and resource/capacity planning.
