Associate Attorney

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to pre-litigation resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, medical records, and police reports.
• Communicate with clients regularly to update them on case progress and provide legal advice as needed.
• Draft and send demand letters, negotiate with insurance companies, and work to secure fair settlements for clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure all legal steps are followed in accordance with best practices.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• At least 1 year of experience in personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
