Paralegal - Compliance Specialist

Prime Legal is assisting a notable specialty insurance provider in Richmond identify Paralegal /Legal Assistant or Compliance Specialist to support insurance regulatory and surplus lines compliance. This is a temporary role (3+ months) with strong potential to become permanent! Candidates should be available to start in a new position ASAP and have experience in similar Paralegal or Compliance focused roles.

• Prepare and file regulatory documentation to maintain surplus lines eligibility.
• Support multi-state filings with Departments of Insurance and stamping offices
• Assist with licensing, renewals, and compliance tracking
• Maintain organized regulatory and compliance records

• Paralegal or legal assistant experience in insurance or a regulated industry
• Familiarity with surplus lines / E&S insurance preferred
• Detail-oriented and deadline driven

Compensation range is provided based on years of relevant experience in a similar position.
