A day in the life:
As our Senior Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and your attention to detail is essential in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

Our future colleague:
We d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues; work with team to meet service needs
• Process changes, rating, and ensure accurate client data entry

• High school diploma required
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Two (2) years  Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• 3-5 years of industry specific insurance experience
• Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or Image Right
• Experience with CSR
  24 strongly desired
