I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Tom Pearson – State Farm Agent who are interested in helping my business grow through value‑based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Adapt and apply the skills necessary to operate a business.
- Salary plus commission/bonus

Compensation: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year.
