Manager, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AIML) Risk Guide - Enterprise Services Risk. The Enterprise Services Risk organization focuses on attracting innovative, collaborative, and highly skilled professionals to support risk management for novel technologies and critical business strategies. • Partner with product and tech leaders by leveraging a trusted advisor model to support business initiatives, issue management, process improvement, control testing and related risk assessment activities.
• Perform risk reviews during processes such as Risk Control and Self Assessments (RCSAs), Process Level Assessments (PLAs), Exceptions, Applications, Targeted Risk Assessments and recommend risk mitigation activities.
• Develop risk analysis, perform deep dive investigations, and drive specific risk initiatives to minimize risk posture and strengthen overall control suite effectiveness.
• Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services, technology, and risk profile.
• Implement improvements to reduce errors and make processes more reliable and sustainable.
• Ensure independent escalation of risk management gaps, issues, and concerns, including emerging risks and regulatory focus areas.
• Consult on risks across the first line of defense business partners, providing advice and guidance as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines.
• Communicate complex ideas concisely and convincingly, adjust communication to the audience, and present to executive leadership as needed.
• Collaborate, value diverse perspectives, seek insights from others, and energize the group toward a common goal.
• Support the Enterprise Services (ES) Risk organization by implementing new and innovative ideas.

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
• At least 4 years of experience in Technology Risk Management or Cyber Risk Management
• At least 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, Project Management, or a combination
• At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients

• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management supporting platforms and tech products
• At least 4 years of experience consulting with senior executives or strategy building
• Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISM, CRCM, CIPP, ABA Risk Mgmt Certification)
• At least 5 years of experience partnering and interacting with internal stakeholders
• At least 5 years of experience working with Technology in the Financial Services industry
• Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills to interact with enterprise business stakeholders and executive leadership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, customer focus, and ability to collaborate across teams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Ability to set direction, delegate tasks, and manage multiple stakeholder expectations

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis;
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis;
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected in the offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
