Education:

Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, clinically related field; health informatics or computer science, or equivalent

At least one certification in the Epic application

Implement, optimize, and maintain information technology resources.

Analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design system solutions.

Configure application modules and provide ongoing system support.

Lead teams or projects, coordinate work activities, and report work status.

Develop team competencies and maintain documentation materials.

Perform troubleshooting for application issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

Act as primary IT liaison with departments and committees to manage prioritized requests.

Research emerging technologies and present recommendations to management.

Advise end-users on feasibility and effort required for system changes.

Participate in application groups, workshops, and mentoring of team members.

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Perform additional duties or special projects as required.
