Principal Associate, Project Manager, HR Activate PMO

* Leading large complex, cross-functional projects by providing strategic direction to senior leaders and peers
* Quickly put structure in place through integrated project management in a dynamic, complex environment
* Operate effectively in whitespace to deliver results
* Design, develop, and manage project plans, RAID trackers and project artifacts, revising needs to meet changing requirements
* Problem solve and influence to ensure project plans deliver on intent

* Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
* At least 5 years of Project Management experience
* At least 1 year of experience in tech implementations and managing cross-functional scope
* At least 1 years of experience with agile, waterfall, hybrid methodologies or a combination
* PMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma certification or a combination
* Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Monday, Jira)
* Experience using decomposition to create project plans
