Contract

• Provide Oracle HCM Technical and Functional support for Oracle HCM SaaS system administration, development, and configuration setup.
• Support report and dashboard development, security configuration, workflow management, and journeys to support Redwood conversion and system maintenance across HCM modules.
• Perform system administration activities including configuration setup, maintenance, report development, dashboard creation, and complex issue resolution.
• Support security enhancements, HDL activities, and system interface integrations across Oracle HCM modules.
• Create new configurations and update existing setups while developing enhancements in the production environment.
• Collaborate with functional and IT teams to assess and mitigate the impact of upcoming system patches.
• Log and manage service requests while coordinating with business, technical, and Oracle support teams to ensure resolution.
• Provide technical and configuration support for the migration of implemented modules to the Redwood user interface.
• Support the implementation of new modules and system enhancements where required.

• Enhance reports by adding subject areas and converting existing reports into dashboard formats using reporting tools.
• Develop and implement reports using Oracle reporting and analytics tools.
• Create new employee journeys designed to support and improve transactional processes.
• Provide technical support for production enhancements related to Talent Management areas such as performance evaluations, touchpoints, goals, talent review, and succession planning.
• Work with IT and functional teams to facilitate the conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood UI across system modules.
• Support modules including HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Health and Safety, Help Desk, Knowledge Center, Case Management, and Succession Planning.
• Assist in resolving complex user issues and provide technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to implement changes across system modules including recruiting, compensation, profiles, learning, and case management.
• Build, support, and configure HDL activities and system interfaces.
• Support workforce structures, job profiles, and position management configuration.

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM SaaS system administration and configuration.
• Experience with reporting tools including OTBI, BI tools, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Redwood user interface and system migration activities.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of HCM modules including Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Health and Safety, and Case Management.
• Experience working with HDL and data integration interfaces.
  
  Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, functional, and technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
